A Moment of Happiness
As 2012 approaches, we all look at it as a FRESH START to life and resolutions. It seems like we are ready to take charge and live life differently all because the year changed. However, we often forget, we are able to at anytime of any day, make a fresh start, and approach life with a new outlook. Nothing, but or own mind stands in the way!
Many of you may not know how much inspirational reading I enjoy doing! Like all of us, with the little free time i have on my hands, i enjoy spending it not only with my loved ones, but also reading a book called, "The Happiness Project." I stumbled upoon this book 3 years ago and it has had one of the most profound impacts on my life. So with each new blog post this year, I will include a few "inspiring pieces" or "moments of happiness" that make a difference in your day.

I think we can all relate to the following quote...
"I'm happy, but not as happy as I should be.
I want to appreciate life more and be thankful for what i have.
I want to find happiness under my own roof.
I don't want a crisis to happen to remind me to be happy and thankful."

The Video is awesome and so very true. I look back almost 50 years when my girls were little and wonder where did all of those years go. Enjoy every minute with them now that you can protect them and before they get out into the harsh world.
